Finally It's Happend To Me Right In Front Of My Face....
Instead of calling every single one of you, walking around to each desk, or individual emails, I thought this might be a better approach......
Nick and I can say that now because we are! We just received a call that an offer we put on 4016 Utah (In Tower Grove South) late last evening has been accepted. This is such a relief to us, I cannot begin to put my excitement in words. Nor how stressful/time consuming/draining this whole process has been. (I'm going on two nights of no sleep!) The house went on the market yesterday, had multiple showings last night, followed by offer after offer. That situation, on top of us seeing almost 50 houses this past weekend, and losing out on two offers we made for houses that were equally incredible as OUR NEW ONE, Nick and I had many doubts we would ever land this one.
I owe a huge THANK YOU to every one who has been so patient with me not being able to do things on the weekends, week days, lunch hours, and really every second of my "spare" time in the last four months. Chili, Chaz, Pete and Mickey deserve huge apologies for spending countless weekends and evenings stuck in the house by themselves. Since we're looking at a three week closing, I can guarantee Nick and I will be insanely busy until we are moved in and settled, so please be patient and don't give me too much hell. Kaylyn, it will be back to normal soon and we will indeed have that poor girl wine party. :) Sondra, maybe your koi and our koi can be friends.
The plan is to close on May 7, and move in the weekend of May 12 and 13. Here's a forewarning we will be asking for help, so if you're free that weekend, we would 100% appreciate any time you would have to place my amazing table in our new house. Along with all of that other stuff we have.
I just uploaded pictures of the house to Flickr. You can get there by the "My Picutres on Flickr" link to the right of the page. Please say a little prayer for us everything goes smoothly with the inspection and financing process.
Have a fabulous day!
