Rude, anyone?

How selfish and pompous do you have to be to inturrupt an employee eating at their desk, as they are putting food in their mouth, (and did I mention that it's already bad enough they are eating at their desk?), to tell them they must come into your office right NOW- this cannot wait- just to tell them something that is not time sensitive nor an emergency by any means? Something so miniscule that could have waited, oh say ten minutes, but they just HAD to make you get up THAT SECOND, even after you asked "Right now?", because they simply cannot function if they are not in control.
